ABOUT ABOUT

Come one, come all. Bring your ponies, puppies, kitties and more, to an all-inclusive pet play day at the Indomitus Estate Saturday February 27th 2021, Noon to 5pm, dungeon open until 7pm.

Advance tickets are only $50. Tickets bought in Feb 2021 will be $75.

Frolick over 5 acres outdoors and mingle with friends or make new ones, safely distanced. All kinksters are welcome regardless of how you identify.

-Non pet play activities are available such as outdoor whip practice, and dressing your masochistic sub as a deer/bunny and hitting them in the butt with slingshot paintballs (does leave welts 100% of the time if hit. Must wear protective eyewear). Designated locations for this, away from everyone else, not in range of paintball blasts.

-Two pony carts are available for use and there is a designated pony cart course on the property, where you can go under several arbors. FUN! Pony cart use is up to 20 minutes per user (you nay not be able to handle more than this) and you must follow safety instructions when using carts.

-Pony/pet show (show off your pet to the audience, introduce your pet to us!) Depending on how many people sign up, we might have a separate pony show and puppy show etc at different times (that's the goal)

-We have distanced posts out in the grass to tie up your ponies to.

-A concrete overhang by the barn will allow for shade and stable footing for ponies who are wearing boots. Ponies may be tied to those vertical beams.

-Indoor house/covered patio/dungeon/overhang in case rain comes in.

-Many dog/kitty cages on site.

-Large wrestling mat area for a pet to do floor tricks (must be cleaned/sanitized in between use)

-Dungeon open for play, but must reserve in advance on sign-up sheet, limited to 1 couple/small group at a time and will be cleaned properly by staff in between use with medical-grade disinfectants. Bring your own toys.

-Shade provided

-Weather COULD be between 67 and 77 degrees, low humidity.

-Sunblock is always a good idea.

-We are open to attending guests writing and suggesting safe games and contests. Must take into consideration covid safety and also physical safety. Guests can volunteer to be show/contest hosts.

-chairs/tables provided (LOTS OF CHAIRS)

-beverages/food/icecream for sale on site from a real food-safe restaurant volunteer (vegan/gluten free options also) such as burgers, beyond burgers, pizza... at decent prices.

-2 indoor bathrooms. You may also um....use a bush if you feel more comfortable.

-small inground heated swiming pool.

-Outdoor use from noon to 5pm. Dungeon use until 7pm.

-Food is available from 1pm to 7pm.

-Professional kink-friendly well-known fetish photog on site that will NOT photograph anyone who doesn't ask him AND bring him over to the designated photo area. Photos are sent to the email you give him and deleted at the end of the day. He can snap some gorgeous photos of you for $20/per outdoor scene (for example, a pony cart pose, 12 good snaps for $20) and $50 per indoor dungeon scene (he must light the dungeon and move the lights in) which would take place in the dungeon hour you reserve in advance.

-A schedule will be given out 2 weeks prior that states when the shows/games/any events are.

-Overnight accommodations are available for 4 rooms at the house (you can stay in a guest room and use your guest room to keep your things in, but additional rates apply). Checkout is 11am. Dungeon use for after 7pm is only allowed for overnight house guests by reservation.

Goddess Room: $150 One queen bed OR 1-2 twin beds, Shared restroom in hall kept clean by staff.

Queen's Room $250. Only available after 6pm (but your things can be kept in the closet if needed). Ensuite bathrm, which will be cleaned prior to 6pm.

RULES:

-No photos are allowed of anyone who didn't give you permission to take them. Photos only allowed between yourself and consenting guests with no one else around. Taking pictures with people in them/in the background who didn't give you the OK means that you will be thrown out after pictures are deleted.

-Upon arrival, a legal waiver is signed by all guests (which you get back afterwards) that states that you are aware that you are on the property at your own risk and understand the risks involved, such as walking around in pony boots on uneven outdoor grass could lead to an injury as one example. Not following instructions for safe pony cart use could lead to you falling off the pony cart. These get shoved in a locked drawer. At the end of the day, if you didn't leave injured with a sprain or broken bone, you can have the waiver back and take it with you and tear it up. If you did something careless to injure yourself where you broke an arm (never happened in 12 years, but there's a first time for everything) we must keep the waiver in the instance of an impending lawsuit, for a period of time. Then we can destroy that waiver.

-You ARE using the facility at your own risk. We will have a first aid kit on site, (and we hope that we do not have to use it, but we absolutely will!). All must play as safely as possible. We recommend knee pads for puppies/kitties, staying hydrated, and not taking physical risks such as running as fast as possible with pony carts. Rolling around on a mat would be safer than rolling around on the grass. You are in an outdoor environment in South Florida. There are mosquitos that start coming out after 4:30pm which is why we are only having the outdoor event until 5pm, graciously allowing indoor dungeon time until 7pm. Staying/playing after 5pm to 7pm outdoors is on you, as you will lose sunlight to see, and the mosquitos may come out. We do our best to remove any wasp nests, fire ant hills, but at the same time, you should not go deep into the grounds looking for them/messing with any we haven't found yet and gotten rid of. DO NOT DISTURB WILDLIFE. You CAN TRIP AND FALL as the ground can be uneven in places. Always move across the grounds carefully. High heels are not recommended and probably useless to wear at an event such as this, you're walking on lots of grass and dirt. Your spiked heels will sink into the ground. Flat boots/sneakers are recommended. Pony boots should be worn and walked in with extreme care.

-Guests must wear masks indoors and staff will be consistently wiping door knobs, surfaces and spraying disinfectant. Outdoor masks are optional, just stay distanced from others.

-No smoking or vaping indoors.

-Please use the trash cans and keep the place clean and tidy.

-No one should give out the private address to anyone, and if found doing so, you will be forbidden to attend future events, banned from the current one with no refund, and the entire community will be warned of your wrecklessness. (I should not be in the middle of a play scene at the estate one day and have someone coming into the property to harm me).
